Bread Pudding

Ingredients
- 1/2 French Bread Loaf
- 1 cup Vitamin D Milk
- 2 cups Heavy Cream
- 3 Eggs
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Orange Zest
- 1 tbsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Raisins
- 1/2 cup Brandy
- 1/4 cup Chopped Pecans
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Butter a loaf pan or spray, then put wax paper and butter or spray again.
In a large bowl, beat together the milk, cream, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, zest and vanilla extract. Add crumbled bread bread and stir to combine. Add raisins and pecans. Stir to combine.
Pour into the prepared baking dish, place on the middle rack of the oven and backed until browned. About an hour. For individual puddings, about 30 minutes.
*To know if done, poke a hole in the center and press down gently. If no liquid comes out, it is done. If liquid does come out, pop it back in the oven.
