Breakast carob cakes

A gluten-free tasty one serving recipe that you can whip up in 5 minutes. Great with banana butter.
Ingredients
- 1/6 cup Almond Meal Flour
- 1/6 cup Oat Bran
- 2 tsp Tapioca Starch
- 1 1/2 tsp Potato Starch
- 1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum
- 1 1/2 tsp Natural Flax Meal
- 1/3 tsp Baking Powder
- 3 tsp Carob Powder
- 1/3 cup Unsweeted Original Soymilk
- 1 tsp Stevia Extract
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/3 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Mix all the dry ingredients together.
Combine the milk, stevia and vanilla extract.
Slowly add into flour mixture until you achieve a crepe like consistency.
Heat a non stick skillet.
Add in one tbsp of batter at a time and spread.
Cook over medium heat until browned on each side.
Serve and enjoy!
