Breakfast Burrito (Gymadre)

A healthy breakfast using Egg Beaters & Flat-Out flat bread. High in protein, low in carbs and fat! Part of my P90X "Fat Shredder" recipes.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Egg Beaters
- 1 flatbread Flat-out Multi-grain W/flax
- 1 sec Non-Stick Cooking Canola Spray Oil with Butter Flavor
- 1/4 cup Fresh Pico De Gallo
- 2 tbsp Fresh Salsa
- 3/4 tsp Chili Pepper Spice Blend
- 1/4 tsp McCormic Garlic Salt
Directions
1. Spray skillet with non-stick spray, pour in measured egg product.
2. Sprinkle with garlic salt and spice blend, then add Pico de Gallo to the middle of egg mixture and use rubber spatula to jiggle egg mixture to cook in the middle.
3. Place flat bread on serving plate, put egg mixture in the middle, top with salsa, then roll up. If taking it on the run, use paper towel to fold around the bottom, creating a “burrito diaper”!
