My simple breakfast frittata

Ingredients

Directions

Add olive oil and sausage crumbles, saute
Add mushrooms and spinach, saute with sausage
Combine eggs, splash of water and chunks of mozzarella
Pour into mixture
Cook until bottom is done
Move to broiler about 5 to 6 minutes
