Strawberry-Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Non-fat Milk
- 1/2 cup Non-fat Yogurt
- 1/2 medium Banana
- 1 1/2 tbsp Flax Seeds
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1/2 cup Strawberries
Directions
Peel & freeze banana. When frozen, dice. Use frozen strawberries or freeze fresh berries (cut in half & remove green tops). Add all ingredients to a blender & process until smooth.
