Turkey Meatloaf
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb Ground Turkey - Raw
- 1 Eggs
- 1 cup Red Bell Peppers
- 1 medium Onion, Sweet
- 1 cup Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- 1/4 tsp Basil, Dried
- 1/4 tsp Spices, Cumin Seed
- 1/4 tsp Allspice, Ground
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 slice Bread, Wheat, Toasted
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce Reduced Sodium
- 1/4 cup Tomato Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil - 1 Tsp
Directions
1. Chop onions and red peppers and saute in olive oil until tender. 2. Toast bread and make bread crumbs.
3. Combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and soup mix and spices. Blend well.
4. Mix turkey and wet ingredients together.
5. Mix dry ingredients into meat mixture.
6. Form into a loaf and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
7. Remove from oven top with additional ketchup then bake for 10 more minutes.
