Broccoli Pesto

Light Broccoli Pesto with Linguine.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Broccoli Florets
- 1 cup Parsley
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 clove Garlic
- 2 tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tsp Parmesan Cheese, Original
- 1 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Lemon Peel
- 1/4 cup Pine Nuts
- 8 oz Linguine 17 Pasta
- 1/4 cup Water
Directions
toast pine nuts while chopping parsley and garlic. saute frozen broccoli, parsley, pine nut and garlic together in a little water til cooked through. boil pasta with a little salt and olive oil. put saute mixture with oil, Parmesan, lemon peel and lemon juice in food processor with salt and pepper(to taste). blend til good texture then heat with ready pasta in a pan. garnish with Parmesan, lemon slice twist and parsley.
