Broccoli soup 2/2012

Veggie based broth blended into a creamy broccoli soup that's refreshing and filling all at the same time!
Ingredients
- 5 cups Broccoli
- 200 g Avocado Haas
- 67 3/5 oz Water
- 1 cup Homemade Vegetable Broth
- 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
Directions
I used pulp from my green juices to make vegetable broth. Use thick stalks from broccoli, add veggie broth/water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add broccoli florets and simmer for 3 minutes. Blend mixture in batches and add an avocado for creaminess. Serve warm. Season to taste.
