Dan's Buffalo Blue Omelete

One of my favorite combos
Ingredients
- 1 Extra Large Eggs
- 2 Extra Large Egg Whites
- 1 1/2 oz Blue Cheese
- 1 1/2 oz Baby Bella Mushrooms
- 2 oz Onions, Diced
- 2 tsp Redhot Original
Directions
Sautee diced onions and sliced mushrooms, set aside.
Mix egg, egg whites and franks redhot in a bowl.
Add egg mixture to omelet pan, then
add mushroom and onion mix and the blue cheese.
Cover and let set.
