Buffalo Chicken Salad

Great, quick & easy, low-fat buffalo chicken salad.
Ingredients
- 4 oz Kirkland Canned Chicken
- 1/4 cup Cayenne Pepper Sauce
- 2 tbsp Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1 tsp Molly Mcbutter Butter Flavor Sprinkles - 2 Oz
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 cup Lettuce, Romaine
- 1 cup Spinach
- 1/4 cup Cilantro
- 1/2 cup Carrots
- 1 oz Onions, Green
- 1/2 cup Alfalfa Sprouts
- 2 tbsp Free Blue Cheese Dressing
- 1/4 cup Cottage Cheese, Fat Free
- 1/4 cup Mozzerella Free Fat Free
Directions
Marinate canned chicken in mixture of franks, honey, BBQ sauce & molly mcbutter.
Chop greens and veggies and toss in bowl. Mix cottage cheese, mozzarella & blue cheese dressing in small bowl. Toss with salad.
In a small sauce pan, saute the green onion whites with some cooking spray and then heat chicken mix in pan. Serve over the top of salad.
