Bulgar Cereal with Pears

Bulgar Wheat with Pears and Honey for breakfast
Ingredients
- 1 cup Bulgar
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 148 g Pear
- 2 tbsp Clover Honey
- 2 1/2 cups Purified Water
Directions
Peel, core and chop pear. Set aside.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add bulgar and stir to coat with the butter.
Add water, bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until water is absorbed, ~ 15 min.
Add pear and honey to skillet. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand ~ 5 min.
Stir and eat.
