butternut squash stew 10 14

I'm combining two of my favorite recipes today.
Ingredients
- 64 oz Butternut Squash
- 3 piece Chicken Breasts
- 2 medium Jonathon Apple
- 4 tbsp Evoo
- 3/4 cup Chopped White Onions
- 1 tbsp Agave Nectar
- 4 cups Turkey Broth
- 9 tsp Ginger Root
- 1 Garlic Clove
Directions
roast squash and apple dusted with cinnamon and drizzled with evoo. saute evoo and seasoned chicken breasts until brown about 8 minutes. remove chicken from pan.
saute onion, ginger, agave, garlic, cinnamon stick -- add cumin and a little curry and a little cayenne. add turkey broth and squash. bring to a boil and lower heat. simmer for 10 minutes.
