Butterscotch Chocolate Rice Krispie Squares

Rice Krispie squares with butterscotch, with a layer of chocolate in the middle.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Skippy Creamy
- 2 cups Butterscotch Morsels
- 8 cups Rice Krispies (dry)
- 2 cups Toll House Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Confectioners Sugar 10-X Powdered
- 4 tbsp Butter, Salted
Directions
In a large bowl, combine peanut butter and butterscotch chips. Melt in microwave until smooth. Add the Rice Krispies cereal, stirring to coat completely. In a greased 9x13 pan, press half of the mixture into an even layer. Chill while prepping the chocolate chips. In another bowl, combine chocolate chips, butter, and 2 tablespoons of water. Melt in microwave until smooth, then mix in the confectioners sugar. Remove 9x13 pan from refrigerator. Smooth the chocolate mixture over the rice krispie mixture in the pan. Add the other half of the rice krispie mixture on top. Best if refrigerated before serving.
