BVULGARI CHICKEN SALAD

Ingredients
pita:- 3 1/2 serving Bread Flour
- 1 serving Fast Rise Yeast
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 1/4 cup Water
- 2 tbsp Safflower Oil
- 140 g Chicken, Breast
- 1 1/2 g Garlic
- 1 1/2 cups Baby Spinach
- 1 tbsp Almonds
- 35 g Onions
- 15 g Red Peppers
- 15 g Lemongrass
- 10 ml Lime Juice
Directions
pita: mix flour yeast sugar abnd salt. add liquid. mix. add a little more flour or water to get the right consistancy. kneed for 10 minutes. let rise until doubled. punch down. place baking stone in over and preheat at 400*. devide into 10 balls. let rest for 10 minutes. roll out on a lfoured surface and place on baking stone for 3-4 minutes. enjoy.
chop all the herbs finely and mix through poached chicken. Squeeze lime juice and serve stacked between pita bread and spinach with blacnched toasted almonds
