Shred the cabbage, chop the onions and celery, and peel and cube the potatoes in to large pieces.

In a large saucepan melt the margarine. Add the cabbage, onions and celery. On a medium to low heat, partially cover and let cook for 5 minutes.

Add the chicken broth, dill, salt and pepper to the veggies. Bring the soup to a boil and add the potatoes. Reduce heat, partially cover and allow to cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

In a small bowl, mix the sour cream and the flour together. Take 1/2 a cup of the soup broth from the saucepan and add it to the sour cream/flour mixture. Stir well. Return the contents of the bowl to the saucepan.

Stir and serve.
