Directions

1. Make sure the green tea is chilled.

2. Add the hummus, tea, cheese, garlic, mustard, vinegar, tamari soy sauce, pepper, and salt. Cover and puree. (Makes 1 cup.)

3. When ready to serve, toss the dressing with the baby kale (or mixed baby greens) in a large serving bowl. Sprinkle with the tomatoes and sunflower seeds.
