I couldn't find an exact recipe for this delicious, raw concoction, so I've sort of made up my own version. Hope you enjoy!

1. Add the dairy-free ice cream to a VitaMix or other high-speed blender. (I could only find nutritional info for Luna & Larry's Mint Galactica Coconut Bliss, but the original version of this uses Cafe Gratitude's "Sweet Gratitude Mint Chip," which uses cashews and chia seeds in addition to coconut milk.)
2. Next, add the Vitamineral Green.
3. Finally, add extra cacao depending on how chocolatey you want your shake.
4. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
5. If you need to thin out the shake, I recommend using coconut water, as opposed to a milk substitute because it preserves the integrity of the flavor of the ice cream. I've found that using almond milk, for example, will noticeably change the flavor of the shake.
