I couldn't find nutritional info on this smoothie, so I'm winging it based on the ingredients listed on Cafe Gratitude's menu. With these ingredients, though, I don't think you can go wrong!

Directions

1. Add as much water as desired for liquid base into a VitaMix or other high-speed blender.
2. Add the cucumber, celery, peeled lemon, avocado, and jalapeno. (Add more or less jalapeno depending on how much spice you can handle.)
3. Next add the cilantro and kale.
4. Blend until desired smoothness is reached.
