Caledon Baked Oatmeal (Eating Clean Cookbook)

Recipe from the "Eat Clean Diet Cookbook". I put single servings in containers in the fridge and had breakfast for a week. You can also change the dried fruit or nuts for pickier palettes. Quick and easy!
Ingredients
- 2 cups Organic Old-fashioned Rolled Oats
- 2 cups Skim Milk, Organic
- 1/2 tsp Organic Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Slivered Raw Almonds
- 1/2 cup Craisins Original Sweetened Dried Cranberries
- 4 tbsp Sugar Free Maple Syrup
- 8 oz Fuji Apple, Large
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat a large casserole dish or baking pan with cooking spray.
2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
3. Place mixture in casserole dish. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes.
