Candi's Chicken Stir Fry

Chicken with a black pepper/garlic sauce stir fried with fresh veggies - delicious!
Ingredients
- 2 large Carrot, Raw
- 2 cups Cabbage, Shredded
- 1 cup Zucchini
- 1 cup Yellow Squash
- 1/2 cup Green Onion
- 1 cup Celery
- 16 oz Chicken Breast (boneless,skinless)
- 1 tsp Chopped Garlic
- 1/4 cup Black Pepper Stir Fry Sauce
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
- 1 medium Onion, Sweet
- 1 cup Red Bell Pepper, Raw
- 1 cup Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1 tsp Sriracha Chili Sauce
- 1 tbsp Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
Directions
Coarsely chop sweet onion, broccoli, and peppers. Medallion carrots, matchstick zucchini and squash. Coarsely shred cabbage. Slice celery. Add to a wok with 1 tablespoon olive oil and stir fry over med-high to high heat until veggies are bright in color and hard veggies are al dente. Remove from pan and set aside.
Add 1 T olive oil to hot wok with minced fresh garlic and diced chicken. Stir fry over med-high to high heat until chicken is cooked through. Drizzle with pepper sauce and mix well. Add veggies back to pan along with Mrs. Dash, Sriracha sauce, teriyaki sauce and soysauce. Stir fry until veggies are desired tenderness.
