Directions

Slice all ingredients
Crush garlic, mix with salt and pepper
Put 1 tablespoon of oil on frying pan
Put the mix of garlic, salt and pepper
Put Chicken liver, saute until get browned
Put all vegetables, saute until almost wilting
Lift it all, serve with rice on a plate
