Yummy caramel apple salad using some lower calorie options.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Confectioners Powdered Sugar
- 1 cup 50/50 Butter Blend With Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 20 oz Crushed Pinapple
- 2 medium Apples
- 8 oz Dry Roasted Peanuts, Unsalted
- 12 oz Cool Whip Fat Free
Directions
> Cream sugar and butter then add pineapple juice and mix well together.
> Add pineapple, apples and peanuts and mix well.
> Fold in cool whip.

> Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use
