Carrot Cake

Ingredients
- 6 oz All Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp All Natural Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
- 1/2 tsp Cloves, Ground
- 8 1/2 oz Sugar
- 5 oz Vegetable Oil
- 4 Eggs
- 10 oz Carrots, grated
- 3 oz Chopped Pecans
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9" cake pan and line with a parchment round.
Combine flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Set aside.
Mix sugar, oil, eggs, carrots and pecans for 2 minutes on speed with a paddle.
Fold ingredients.
