carrot cake breakfast cookie

Healthy carrot cake HIGH protein breakfast "cookie"
Ingredients
- 3/8 cup Dried Oatmeal
- 1 tbsp Cashew Butter
- 2 pieces Baby Carrots, Raw
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
- 3 tbsp Water
- 16 g Black Mission Figs
- 1 tsp Flake Unsweetened Coconut
- 10 g Whey Protein Vanilla
Directions
mix ALL ingredients together very well until the nut butter of choice is evenly mixed in.
*(grate the carrots in a food processor) *
form into a cookie shape on a plate
cover and refrigerate over night or at least 4-6 hours
