Carrot Cake Sandwich

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tbsp Cottage Cheese 2%
- 1/4 tsp Premium Quality Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 packet sweetens Stevia Plus
- 1/3 cup Shredded Carrot
- 2 tsp Natural California Raisins
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 36 g High Fiber Tortillas
Directions
In a blender, Blend the cottage cheese, vanilla extract, and stevia until all of the lumps are worked out.
Spread the cottage cheese mixture on top of the tortilla (could also work with whole wheat pita)
Place shredded carrot on top of that, and then follow with raisins, then cinnamon.
Fold in half and enjoyyy!!
