Carrot Rice Pudding

Original Rice Pudding with Carrots added. A winter dessert in Southeast Asia.
Ingredients
- 10 cups Whole Milk
- 2 cups Sugar
- 2 cups Raw Shredded Carrots
- 1 cup Fat Free Half And Half
Directions
Add whole milk, rice and carrots to big pan and start boiling. Lower heat once boiling. Standby to prevent burns at bottom. Once milk is thick and carrots are very tender (they arent intact anymore), add the half and half and sugar and let boil until the consistency desired is reached. Chill and serve.
