cathy's chicken stir fry

frozen vegetables chicken and terriyaki sauce. can be served over rice or on its own for a lower carb version
Ingredients
- 24 oz Stir Fry Vegetables (frozen)
- 16 oz Chicken Breast Tenders
- 2 tbsp Terriyaki Marinade & Sauce
- 3 tbsp Canola Oil
Directions
cube chicken. heat canola oil in wok or large pan. add cubed chicken, seasonings (salt, pepper, ginger, onion powder). cook on high until chicken cooked through. remove chicken and set to side. add vegetable mixture to hot oil. season with salt pepper and ginger. cook until vegetables are almost cooked through. return chicken mixture to pan. add terriyaki sauce and heat throughout. serve plain or over rice or noodles.
