cauliflower marsala

Ingredients
- 9 cups Cauliflower
- 12 oz Yukon Gold Potatoes
- 1 tbs Ginger
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Spices, Mustard Seeds
- 1 tbsp Ginger Root
- 1 tsp Cumin Seed
- 1 tsp Ground Turmeric
- 1/2 tsp Spices, Cayenne Pepper
- 1 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Cilantro
Directions
heat large skillet add seeds over medium high heat when the seeds start to pop add oil, potatoes. saute stir ocasionally 5 minutes add caulifloer, spices and water. Mix and cover, reduce to low cook 15 minutes. serve with cilantro on top and sprinkle 1 tsp garam masala.
