Celery Root and Mozzarella au Gratin

Ingredients
- 320 g Celery Root
- 1 cup Leeks
- 160 g potato
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 75 g Grated Mozzarella
- 100 mL Milk
- 2/5 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 0 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
- 1 level scoop Nutritional Yeast Flakes
Directions
Put the oil, leek and the root chopped on a pan and fry on low heat for ten minutes. Add the potato chopped in small cubes, salt, nutritional yeasty and pepper and cover with water (just cover), and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes. Add the milk and shake the pan a little for mixing the milk. Put this mix on an ovenproof dish, put the cheese over and put on the oven preheat at 200ºC for 12 minutes to gratiné. Serve hot.
