Ingredients
- 8 cups Pinto Beans
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 1 Fresh Jalepeno Pepper
- 2 medium Roma Tomato, Raw
- 1/2 cup Cilantro
- 1 cup Onion, Chopped
- 2 tbsp Real Bacon Bits and Pieces
- 4 cups Chicken Broth, Reduced Sodium
Directions
Rinse beans and place in a medium pot. Add garlic, jalapeno, tomato, cilantro, onion, bacon bits and chicken broth. Bring to a boil on medium-high heat. Reduce to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes.
