Cheese Factory Cheesecake

need a springform pan and some parchment paper to line the sides. dont plan to eat until it's been in fridge for 24 hrs
Ingredients
- 32 oz Original Cream Cheese
- 1 1/4 cups Sugar
- 6 egg
- 1 1/4 cups Keebler Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 0 cup Butter
- 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 2 tsp Orange Zest
Directions
prepare water bath...large baking pan with about inch water in oven at 325. prepare springform by wrapping tightly with foil to preven water from getting in. mix melted butter, powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs. press into bottom of springform pan and chill in freezer about 10 minutes. slowly beat cream cheese until soft, add sugar, then add eggs one at a time, add sour cream, orange and vanilla. line interior of springform pan w/parchment- about 4 inches above top edge of pan, cake rises when baking. pour cheese mixture into pan, bake at 325 one hour. will be kinda jiggly when done. leave in oven one more hour. chill in fridge 24 hrs before serving.
