Cheese Squares April

This dish resembles a cheese casserole topped with pepperoni. It can be served warm from the oven or at room temperature.
Ingredients
- 16 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 28 oz Shredded Cheese Blend Pepper Jack
- 4 oz Mexican Foods Green Chilies Chopped
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup White Flour
- 13 oz Carnation Evaporated Milk
- 35 slices Pepperoni Original
Directions
Mix cheese and green chilies in large bowl. In separate bowl, beat eggs and add milk and flour. Mix well to minimize lumps. Pour over cheese mixture, stirring well to coat. Pour into a 10 x 13 greased baking dish. Top with pepperoni 5x7. Bake uncovered in a 350 oven for 30-45 minutes or until slightly browned and bubbly around the edges. Cool slightly before cutting into squares. Serve warm or at room temperature.
