batty's primal binge cheesecake

Ingredients
- 24 oz 100% Real Cream Cheese
- 6 Eggs Grade A Large
- 1/4 cup Organic Raw Honey
- 2 cups Pecans
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened Finely Shredded Coconut
- 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder, Natural Unsweetened
- 2 tbsp Unsalted Organic Sweet Cream Butter
Directions
let cream cheese sit out until its room temperature. in a bowl, combine cream cheese and using a hand blender, whip eggs in. add honey and vanilla to taste.
in a separate bowl, combine ground pecans, coconut, and add melted butter until mixture is moist. smoosh this in the bottom of your springform pan until evenly distributed.
pour cream cheese mixture on top of crust, then prepare and bake as you would a regular cheesecake.
for the topping, pour whipping cream into a bowl and whip until it solidifies just a little. add in cocoa powder and a bit of honey to taste. place in fridge to chill and top on cheesecake after the cheesecake is completely cooked and cooled.
