Healthy kid friendly casserole
Ingredients
- 24 oz Chicken Breast (boneless,skinless)
- 3/4 cup Rice, Jasmine
- 2 cups Mixed Vegetables (frozen)
- 1 1/4 cups Cheddar Cheese
- 1 1/3 cups Water
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
Directions
Mix together, add chicken breasts on top and salt and pepper both sides. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees.
