Low carb treat for breakfast or elegant dessert.

Ingredients

Directions

1. In bowl, combine Greek yogurt and 1/2 tsp powdered stevia. Mix until well combined and creamy.

2. In separate bowl, mix ground flax seed, 1 tsp stevia and cinnamon until well combined.

3. Pit cherries or prepare fruit per variations below.

4. In serving bowl, add yogurt mixture, top with fresh fruit of your choice. Sprinkle with ground flax seed mixture.

Variations:

Dutch Apple Pie: Peel, core and chop 2 fuji apples. Sautee until soft, in 1 T butter. Sprinkle with 1/4 tsp each stevia and cinnamon. Let cool before using as topping.

Peach Melba: Pit and slice two fresh peaches. Toss with 1/2 c fresh raspberries, 1/2 tsp each stevia and cinnamon.

Sour Cherries: Marinate fresh (pitted) Bing cherries in 1 T good quality balsamic vinegar for about 15 minutes. Proceed with recipe as above.

Bananas Foster: Peel and slice one large banana. Sautee in 1 T butter with 1/4 tsp each stevia and cinnamon. Let cool before proceeding with recipe.
