- 10 oz Boneless Ham Steak
- 16 oz Extra Lean 96/4 Ground Beef
- 3 cups Traditional Spaghetti Sauce
- 2 1/2 oz Natural Cheese Part-skim Mozzarella
- 2 oz Natural Cheese - Smoked Provolone Slices
- 3 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1/4 oz Active Dry Yeast
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Coarse Kosher Salt
- 1 cup Tap Water
- 1 tbsp Corn Meal, Yellow
- 14 g Pepperoni Slices

Mix dough
1. Combine flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a large bowl.
2. Mix in oil and warm water and need
3. dust with corn meal
4. Spread out on a large pizza pan.
Add toppings
1. First layer: cheese
2. Second layer: ham
3. Third layer: beef
4. Firth layer: pepperoni (low fat preferred
5. Sixth layer: sauce
6. Sprinkle oregano and parsley to finish off
Bake at 375 degrees C (190 degrees C) for 30 to ? minutes.
