Chicken Avocado Nuggets

SCD compliant chicken nuggets.
Ingredients
- 2 piece Chicken Breasts
- 1 med Avocado
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tsp Sage, Ground
- 1/2 tsp Oregano, Ground
- 1/2 tsp Basil, Dried
- 0 tsp Spices, Cayenne Pepper
- 1 large Egg White
- 4 tbsp Butter
Directions
Remove excess fat from chicken, cut into cubes. Mix all ingredients into blender until desired consistency (about 4 or 5 pulses on my blender). Place mixture in squeezable bag. Heat butter in frying pan on medium. When butter is ready squeeze 1" strips of chicken mixture onto frying pan. Cook 3-5 minutes on each size. Serve with desired sauce (BBQ, honey mustard, marinara, ketchup, or butter herb).
