Chicken and butternut squash

Chicken and butternut squash in a cream of mushroom sauce
Ingredients
- 3 piece Chicken Breasts
- 8 oz Butternut Squash
- 1 cup Onions
- 4 Garlic Clove
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 284 ml Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 1/4 tsp Coarse Kosher Salt
- 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Rosemary, Dried
- 1/2 tsp Oregano, Dried
- 1/2 tsp Basil, Dried
- 1/8 tsp Spices, Cayenne Pepper
- 4 oz Butter Beans
- 1/2 cup Chicken Broth (fat Free)
Directions
Saute garlic and onion in olive oil
Cube chicken breast, add into pan and brown.
add spices, squash, chicken broth.
Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add can of soup, mix well.
Add beans.
Cover and simmer for 5 more minutes.
