Low Calorie Chicken Chili with Beans
Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Chicken
- 400 g Kidney Beans
- 1 cup Chunky Crushed Tomatoes
- 10 medium Mushrooms
- 2 cups Onions
- 2 cups Red Bell Peppers
- 4 cloves Fresh Garlic
- 2 inch surface Olive Oil No Stick Cooking Spray
- 4 tbsp Red Chile Powder
Directions
Add crushed tomatoes to slow cooker
Sweat Onions and Garlic then add it to slow cooker
Brown Bell Peppers in the same pan then add to slow cooker
Brown ground chicken in the same pan then add to slow cooker
Drain and rinse kidney beans add to slow cooker
Put slow cooker on high for 2/12 to 4 hours.
