Chicken Chow Mein with Japanese Vegetables

Easy to make and Darn Delicious Stir Fry!
Ingredients
- 2 average Chicken Breast
- 2/3 cup Vegetable Broth
- 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 3 cups Healthy Weight Frozen Vegetables
- 4 cups Noodles, Chinese, Chow Mein
Directions
Bring Water to a boil, add a pinch of salt then add noodles. Boil noodles for 1 minute then strain. simmer broth, 1 garlic chopped, pepper and soy sauce add chopped chicken. Cook chicken until done, then add noodles and frozen veg. Cover and simmer for a few minutes. Whamo, you the man! (or woMan). lol
