Chicken Curry With Rice

Simple Chicken Curry with Store bought breasts and golden curry sauce.
Ingredients
- 20 oz Chicken Breast
- 1 cup Organic Garbanzo Beans 1/2 Cup
- 16 oz Roasted Vegetables
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 120 g Golden Curry
- 2 cups White Minute Rice
- 1 Onion, Medium - Cooked
Directions
Add olive oil to saute pan until hot.
Cube chicken breast into 1 inch cubes. Saute in olive oil, salt, pepper and other spices of your choice (cumin, paprika, cayenne work well). Brown chicken.
Finely chop onion and add to browned chicken mixture. Add roasted vegetables
Prepare curry sauce as directed in sauce pan.
Prepare rice as directed on package.
Add chicken mixture to sauce, simmer over low heat until sauce is thick.
Serve over rice.
