Chicken & Green Bean Skillet

Easy, Healthy All-Inclusive Dinner
Ingredients
- 22 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
- 10 1/2 oz Green (String) Beans
- 2 tbsp Water
- 6 oz Fat-free Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/8 tbsp Pepper*
- 1 1/2 cups Organic 100% Whole Grain Premium Quinoa
Directions
1. Spray large skillet with cooking spray.
2. Add chicken strips; cook and stir on medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes or until cooked through.
3. Stir in beans and water. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer 5 minutes or until beans are tender.
4. Add Cheddar Cheese and pepper; cook until cheese is completely melted, stirring frequently.
5. Serve over the quinoa (or) rice.
