Pasta with alfredo sauce and vegetables
Ingredients
Baked Chicken Breast:- 2 serving Chicken Breast (boneless,skinless)
- 2 tsp Olive Oil
- 1 serving Salt
- 1 serving Pepper, Black
- 350 g Rotini (plus)
- 1 3/4 cups Four Cheese Alfredo Pasta Sauce
- 2 cups Frozen Broccoli Cuts
- 2 cups Organic Mushroom Stems & Pieces
Directions
Baked Chicken Breast: Rub olive oil on chicken breasts salt and pepper and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes (boneless, skinless) to 45 minutes for (bone-in, with skin).
Bake chicken breasts (seasoned to preference)at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until juices run clear. Boil water and cook pasta according to package directions. Add frozen broccoli with uncooked pasta to cook at the same time. Drain pasta and broccoli. Add sauce, mushrooms and baked chicken. Serve.
