Home made chicken pot pie
Ingredients
- 2 Refrigerated Pie Crust
- 1 1/4 cups Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 1 1/4 cups Low Sodium Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 12 oz Baked Chicken Breast (boneless, Skinless)
- 1 1/3 cups Frozen Peas And Carrots
- 1 cup Sliced Mushrooms
Directions
Season chicken as desired.Bake chicken at 375 until juices run clear. Dice.
Preheat oven to 450.
Mix soups, chicken, and vegetables. Place one pie crust in bottom of 9 inch pie pan. Add chicken mixture. Place second crust on top, pinch to seal, and cut four slits on top crust.
Bake for apx. 35 minutes. enjoy
