Chicken and Rice,easy

simple meal and yet very good ADD green beans to it or serve on the side. I Have also seen peas added to this. I love it that way but the wife does not like peas. :)
Ingredients
- 4 lb Whole Chicken
- 5 cups Minute White Rice
- 8 cube Garlic Chicken Bullion
- 1 1/2 medium Onion, Sweet
Directions
* Add chicken to 4qt pot and cover to 1 inch above with water, dice onion while Chicken is cooking.
* Cook Chicken until all scummy stuff is done appearing, add Bullion and Chopped Onion. Cook until Chicken is falling off Bone.
* Remove chicken from Broth and allow to Cool, then debone and dice or chop chicken.
* Boil Broth and add rice Cook per Directions.
* Add Chopped Chicken and Serve.
