Chicken Tortilla Soup
Ingredients
- 336 g Chicken Breast Tenderloins
- 3 Chicken Flavor Cubes
- 6 tsp Taco Seasoning (40% Less Sodium)
- 42 cups Select Pinto Beans
- 1 cup Diced Tomatoes W/ Green Chiles
Directions
Bake chicken until juices run clear (frozen tenderloins at 375 for apx. 20 minutes) and seasoned to taste (try Mrs. Dash extra spicy blend)
Add chicken broth, tomatoes, and beans to stock pot. Bring to boil. Add diced chicken. Simmer until time to serve.
Serve with crushed tortilla chips, sour cream, and shredded cheese.
