Chicken Vegetable soup with potatoes

A healthy vegetable soup with chicken and potatoes.
Ingredients
- 16 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
- 28 oz 28 Ounce Crushed Tomatoes
- 3 1/2 cups Mixed Vegetables
- 1 1/4 cups Rotel Original
- 3 average potato
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1/5 tsp Salt
Directions
Boil chicken, shred or dice it when cooked.
Peel and dice potatoes.
Add chicken and potatoes to can (Del Monte)vegetables, tomatoes, Rotel, and broth. Cook until potatoes are tender.
I personally don't like whole or diced tomatoes, but they can be used instead of crushed.
More salt might be needed to suit individual taste.
I cook my chicken in a pressure cooker while the veggies cook. Takes less time. I also use the broth from the chicken I cooked.
