Chili

A little recipe I made by combining a couple recipes and adding in some spices of my own. ***Warning!*** Very spicy!
Ingredients
- 6 oz Tomato Paste
- 16 oz Tomato Sauce
- 15 oz Fat Free Organic Kidney Beans
- 1 tsp Ground Cayenne
- 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 1/3 cup Water
- 1 tsp Minced Onion
Directions
*Brown meat in skillet and drain fat
*Heat Tomato Sauce and Tomato Paste in pan
*Add water to the sauce
*Mix in spices
*Rinse and drain kidney beans and add them to the sauce
*Add meat
*Simmer
