This is the basic Chili my Mom has always made - from here you can any additions you'd like!
Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef*
- 30 oz Chili Style Beans
- 1 cup Onions
- 46 oz Tomato Juice
- 1 tsp Chili Powder Generic
Directions
Chili--I just throw stuff together. 1 lb of ground beef browned, 2 cans of chili beans, small onion-chopped, 1- 46 oz can of tomato juice, 1 tsp-ish of chili powder, and whatever else you want to add. You could use tomato sauce and thin it. It really is just a thrown together thing. Simmer a good hour or put in crock pot all day.
