Chili Con Turkey (Abs Diet; cooked with low sodium ingredients)

Modified Chili Con Turkey recipe from the Abs Diet manual by David Zinczenko. Uses low-sodium ingredients purchased from Wegmans.
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups Black Beans
- 1 3/4 cups No Salt Added Diced Tomatoes
- 1 3/4 cups No Salt Added Whole Kernel Corn
- 16 oz 99% Lean Ground Turkey
- 1 tbsp Ground Flax Seed
- 1/4 cup Tap Water
- 4 tbsp Chili Seasoning Mix 30% Less Sodium
Directions
1. Brown the turkey over medium high heat.
2. Add everything else except the rice and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
Makes 4 servings of chili.
The book calls for serving with a 1/4 cup of cooked white rice. I don't add rice personally. As such, the nutritional information does not reflect any additional rice.
